I couldn't find an e-mail address on your main page, so I thought I'd just post a comment. I've been reading your posts about jimusho and I was wondering if you could help me. I'm working on a paper (in Japanese) on the Japanese music industry and jimusho, but the problem at the moment is finding sources, especially in Japanese. Any suggestions? I'm in the US, so sadly I don't have much access to printed Japanese-language materials so I'm basically stuck with just the internet. You seem to have investigated the subject quite a bit, so I thought you might know a good place to start.

Most of the real gossip is not written down, but I would check a book called "よくわかる音楽業界" by 三野明洋 (Mino Akihiro) with some pretty basic info. I would check that out. Most of my knowledge comes from interviews and personal sources in this particular field.
