Kiiiiiii Trailer for Red Cloth Concert

Kiiiiiii will be playing their last major concert of the summer (they're going on hiatus until the Autumn release of their debut CD and DVD) this Monday, August 1st, at Shinjuku Red Cloth. Opening act: the two-drummer math-rock stylings of Clisms (pronounced: "Christmas"). Doors at 6, show at 7.

Click on the picture for a small film of the bridge section to "Kiiiiiii Dance School" where they do a musical interpretation of the Star Wars film saga.

Someone from this band has clearly been leaning on you heavily. Another conspiracy we should be told about?

My conspiracy theory is: (r). is always pestering Momus for every little mistake he makes but is very generous in compliments to whatever Marxy has to say. That makes me think:

(1) Marxy is a sponsor of (r).'s magazine/newspaper/TV channel/etc thus deserving to be praised;

(2) Momus withdrew sponsorship from (r).'s enterprises and therefore deserves to be bashed, a la Cyzo magazine.

Yeah, he just wasn't making our media group enough money so we sold him off to Marxy cheap.

This is a perfectly legal media practice:

Since I have a large number of readers who make up a perfect target market for many industries selling Japanese cultural products, I license editoral space on my site to bands and magazines. In the past, I had to pay publishing fees for usage of the material, which got expensive. Seeing that my site launchs the career of many people, I decided to make the featured artists give me a slice of their publishing rights for appearing on my blog. Now, after I pay the sync fees and master fees, I get money back!

So, yes, Neomarxisme owns a chunk of Kiiiiii's publishing rights. Everytime you click on that avi, I get 10 yen.

Is there a feed for this blog that doesn't register old posts as new entries every time they get commented on? Not that I don't love you all.

I like the part at the end where she falls down.
