Kangarooz

If you want to flip on the television and see a panel of six semi-celebrities discussing footage of a kangaroo eating a cake, by all means, my friend, move to Japan A.S.A.P.

The salesman at Yodobashi looked mystified when I asked if I could buy an LCD TV without the tuner...

I mean I enjoy watching semi-celebrities eat just as much as the next guy, but discussing a kangaroo eating? Tell me was it Tamori or Sanma hosting the show?

12 day "funny" will expire, but will intermitantly post for exposure, its a horrible dredge..but will raise somes smiles and furrow some frowns, by all means ask it, it asks with courtesy http://www.kovac.co.uk it recommends it for the marxy as it may bring small sunshine for him (but only with hateful clouds どうしおう!)

Kangaroos eating cakes??? Hell, I'd rather watch that than CNN.

well in comparison to cnn, it's brilliant! if those were my options. i would go for kangaroo eating cake too.

I'll take CNN over tarento watching/talking about the kangaroo eating cake, but if it were just the kangaroo thats a tough call.

Eeks, I think I saw that show when I was in Tokyo last week! A panel was watching footage of a zoo dolphin being fed, and there was this inlay-circle in the top right of the screen in which you saw the people's facial reactions to the - not very mind-boggling - things that happened, and they looked mind-boggled! Oh, precious holiday nostalgia, already!

Can I be so bold as to say, Japanese TV is the worst kind of mid-numbing drivel out there...

Anyone had success in weaning a partner of the Sunday 2 hour stint of 'lets laugh at the big Afican but in nice way honest' and 'pets win somebody else prizes'..
