I was just walking down the street, and I saw a woman walking a dog that had a tiny monkey riding on its back.

Another sign of terminal decline: I remember the days when you'd see miniature monkeys riding miniature unicorns in Tokyo.

In Boulder, Colorado, USA, it's some sort of unrecognizable rodent (guinea pig?) atop a dog. And I just got my first U.S. camera phone, too late to capture it.
