Actually they're coming down the street now. They've cordoned off the whole of sotobori-dori and arrested three protesters who tried to get through a battery of 15 police officers in front of the neighbourhood Ferrari dealer.

Yeah, as SFO comments, they came back around 6:45 for a final slow parade.
Three trucks followed by 7 Japanese sedans of the exact same make filled with plain clothes police/J-FBI types.
