that's right, its 2005, and finally. i have a flying car. fueled by a micro fission generator. the best part, i have a clone on the way who can drive me around, in my flying car. ok, so, you know what. i'm going to do something here, i've told myself for years i would never do. but i feel its become unavoidable. religion is attacking my country. love it or hate it. religion has never been apart of out government. and it was never intendented to be. jefferson, washington, franklin. all could see the problems what would occur if it was the case. well for some reason, people seem to be thinking, that because it was the mass's want. its what should be. and, in some respect, they are right. we are the government. they do what we want. within the rules of the constitution, and bill of rights. unfortunately, the religions groups have been gaining power with in local, and national government. it may not seem like a problem now. so what if some schools want to teach creationism right? oh right, don't they do this in the middle east? hmmm. i see that worked out really well. anyways. the religious groups are able to storm in this stuff cause no one is standing in the way. saying they are wrong. mostly cause they might kill you. [as has happened a couple times here in our "free country".] but this is total bullshit. people need to stand up and attack back. this "lets talk it out" business is not working. ignoring this one, is not going to make it go away. people want to teach your kids, that as fact. god created everything. they want everyone to recognize that christianity is some sort of national religion. if you think this is not a problem, please try to read more. cause its happening, and no one is paying attention because its not as important as the "war on terror". so, heres something to do to start. write your house rep, and senate rep. and say something!! go into our links section, look for the american atheists link. you don't have to be atheist, but it will link you to ways to find out who your reps are, and how to contact them. war on terrorism is essentially a religious war. tell your reps to stand up for the constitution, and the ideas of the writers of it. you can also find some local groups to help fight on the above website. bush is still a lame duck president. help make sure he stays that way.
